Poole Central Library

Come to Poole Central Library to discover a wide range of resources for reading, listening and viewing.  The Library is situated on the second floor of the Dolphin Centre, accessible by a lift.

You'll find a large selection of books, audiobooks, DVDs and CDs to borrow, all the daily newspapers and a range of magazines to read here.

Knowledgeable staff will help you find the information you need, or the books, audiobooks, CDs or DVDs you are looking for. 

You can use a computer and access the internet free of charge.

Children have their own library - look out for Bookstart Rhymetime.

We also offer a housebound service,school summer holiday activities, Baby Rhymetime, Toddler Rhymetime, storytime for under 5's and Bookstart packs.

You can now join your local library online.
