Number 18

Number 18 (previously Quay Advice Centre), located in Poole Town Centre, provides confidential information and advice for Young People aged 12 to 19 (or 25 if they have a special educational need). Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) can also be offered to young people aged 16-19 who are not in education, employment or training.

If you need help with anything we are here to help. We can help you with issues such as:

  • relationships
  • education
  • contraception
  • alcohol/drugs
  • housing
  • education, employment, training and apprenticeships
  • family problems
  • health

Monday

  • 10.00am to 6.00pm: Advice and Guidance Drop-in and Careers Advice Appointments

Tuesday

  • 10.00am to 6.00pm: Advice and Guidance Drop-in and Careers Advice Appointments
  • 2:30pm to 6.00pm: Asymptomatic Young People's Sexual Health Clinic. Appointments only. To book an appointment for all clinics in Poole & Bournemouth call 0300 303 1948.

Wednesday

  • 10.00am to 6.00pm: Advice and Guidance Drop-in and Careers Advice Appointments
  • 1.30pm to 4.00pm: Young Adults Drug and Alcohol Service Drop-In

Thursday

  • 10.00am to 6.00pm: Advice and Guidance Drop-in and Careers Advice Appointments

Friday

  • 10.00am to 5.00pm: Advice and Guidance Drop-in
