The Family Information Service can help with anything and everything around family life. If you are a mum, dad, grandparent or carer, have a question but do not know where to go, then contact Poole Family Information Service.

It is a free, confidential and impartial information service for parents and carers of 0 to 19 year olds (24 years if your child is disabled).

The Family Information Service and Directory provides comprehensive and up-to-date information on local organisations, services, childcare, activities and events relating to children and young people, their parents and carers as well as professionals working with families.

You can contact us on 01202 261999 between 8.30am and 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.45pm on Friday, for further information.

If you require out of Poole information, please see the Family and Childcare Trust  to search for the local Family Information Service for the area required.
