The Family Information Service can help with anything and everything around family life. If you're a mum, dad, grandparent or carer and have a question but don't know where to go, contact us.
The service is free, confidential and impartial, providing information for families of children and young people aged 0-19 or 0-25 if your child or young person has special educational needs or disabilities (SEND).
The Family Information Service and the Family Information Directory provides information on local organisations, services, childcare, activities and events relating to children and young people, their parents and carers as well as professionals working with families. The SEND Local Offer provides information on activities and services for children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities.
You can contact us by telephone on: 01202 261999 between 8.30am and 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.45pm on Friday, or, visit the Welcome Area, above Poole Central Library, Dolphin Centre between 9.00am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am-4.45pm on Fridays.
